          A: Femoral head with intact articular cartilage.


          B: Femoral head with separated articular cartilage, and the growth plate has no lesions.


          C: Femoral head with separated articular cartilage, and the growth plate has lesions.


          D: Femoral head with separated articular cartilage. The very severe form where the femoral head is lost is disintegrated very much or the femoral head is retained within the acetabulum.
